Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I attempted to review my paystubs. Unfortunately, ADP has poor customer support. No ability to talk to a person. And they have taken over 60 days to allow me access to see my paystubs. Things are still not correct. They have been a big waste of time.
- Nothing.
- Having their software work.
- Customer Service, especially directly to the person affected.
- Did I say having any support? That is correct they refuse to talk to employees whom they do not support. :(
- Very negative, I wish I was here sooner to pick an alternate company.

They do not have support!!!!! How can you purchase a premium for something that they do not have?

Yes - Well since the main site doesn't work, and there is no support. I can say the app is just as good!
