Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I attempted to review my paystubs. Unfortunately, ADP has poor customer support. No ability to talk to a person. And they have taken over 60 days to allow me access to see my paystubs. Things are still not correct. They have been a big waste of time.
  • Nothing.
  • Having their software work.
  • Customer Service, especially directly to the person affected.
  • Did I say having any support? That is correct they refuse to talk to employees whom they do not support. :(
  • Very negative, I wish I was here sooner to pick an alternate company.
They have Zero support for the actual people that use it. Again 1 is giving them too much credit.

The same story as the previous two times. They do not have support for the users.

I only rated ADP a 1 because the software says from 1 to 10. Otherwise, they would have been a zero.

Yes - Well since the main site doesn't work, and there is no support. I can say the app is just as good!
