Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now to help with onboarding, timeclock, associate timecards, and form/document storage.
  • Payroll.
  • Form/document storage.
  • Employee info/document tracking.
  • The site times out too quickly.
  • [In my experience] running reports from Workforce Now is very difficult.
  • I want to put this twice...running reports is very difficult.
  • Workforce saves us from potential legal liability.
  • It helps with having all of our HR/payroll documents in one location for our teams to source easily.
  • ADP Workforce Now saves us money by ensuring we have accurate timecards for our team members.
ADP Workforce Now has been able to change and grow with us as we have grown as a company.
I was not involved with the integration. I can say our HR/payroll team was very happy with the ease of the integration.
ADP provided us with more functionality as we grow as a company.

I have had great interactions with ADP support staff. Very helpful.
ADP Workforce Now is able to scale to the size of our hotels and our company. As we have grown from 20 or so hotels to over 100, ADP Workforce Now has been able to change and grow with us. It has been awesome not having to source a new payroll company due to growth.
