Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use ADP Workforce Now to manage and track many HR-related tasks. From payroll to time-off requests to benefit elections during open enrollment. We also receive our annual tax documents electronically through the app. I can add or edit beneficiaries to my plans within the app as well. I do most of my interactions within the mobile app, which is very user-friendly.

Pros and Cons

Time-off.
Breakdown of pay by category (tax, 401k, take home).
Benefits elections are very easy.
Convenient and easy access to tax documents for filing season.

When taking time off, I wish the app would show a calendar view of days to better distinguish week/weekend days.

I have not had any interaction with scalability in using this software.

I love this app! I was so happy when our company switched over to using it because it made managing my documents, requesting time off, and accessing/reviewing pay stubs so easy. Everything is always at your fingertips. I really love the pie-chart style breakdown of how each individual paycheck is categorized by fed and state taxes, benefits, take home, and other paycheck elections. Such a useful app!

As an employee using this product, I love it!
