Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I currently am using ADP Workforce Now for the payroll processing and taxes for each of the states that we are registered in. The problem that arises at times is that the time to reach a representative can be frustrating at times.
- The filing of the taxes in each state
- Record keeping
- Representatives at times that take time to solve the problem
- Time limit in reaching a representative
- The new program to make it more user friendly
- Saves so much time in doing the prep work for filings
- The cost is compatible within the realm of other payroll companies
- We integrate the payroll with our general ledger
The integration is one of the great features - it saves so much time
This feature will save time where each employee will need to fill in their own time
