We use ADP for employee-sensitive data storage like employee payslips, income proofs declaration, income tax calculations, etc. ADP also provides HR services and payroll services, which play a vital roll in our organization.

It handles very well with very sensitive data of a company especially of employees. Even provides HR services regarding recruitment services like recruitment, providing notification, even handles increment cycle of employee, any awards achieved by employees. All of this services are handled by them in very efficient way.

The integration lead us to simplify our process related to recruitment, employee payroll services, tax proofs validation, etc.
It works very efficiently then other services we handled earlier. After switching to ADP it made all this activities easy to operate.

The customer service is very efficient in handling problems we face. I had a problem regarding the tax declaration at the time of joining the company. So I wrote an email to the ADP team to resolve the problem, and they provided me an instant response within 24 hours and resolved my problem within three working days. Which I feel was a great experience.
I use ADP for usually downloading Payslips, even declaring my TDS proofs for every financial years. It even stores data from employee joining details as well.
