Overall Satisfaction with AdRoll

We use it for a variety of Broadway and attractions to drive high CTRs and awareness. We do use a variety of KPIs, but mainly focus on ROI, revenue, and CTR. Our clients have been very happy with our usage of AdRoll. We do find our reps difficult to work with, but the product is strong.
  • We use it to drive awareness through a high CTR.
  • We drive revenue to our ticketing sites in order to drive a high ROI.
  • Getting invoices paid on time can be an issue because of the delay in receiving said invoices, and our reps are normally not super understanding.
  • We have seen strong ROIs and that is our main KPI to clients.
Google Ads is a powerhouse, but AdRoll provides its own niche ability to target specific people.
We find it very well suited for awareness and revenue campaigns. However, we do not find it effective for retargeting, lookalike, or prospecting targeting.
