Overall Satisfaction with Advarra OnCore

As part of the clinical trials division, we use Advarra OnCore to register the clinical trials information, details regarding the nature of the clinical trials, register and follow up on the participants associated with the studies. Our users include the principal investigators and clinical research coordinators. We also register and monitor multi-site clinical trials.

  • Comes with standard reports which are easy to run
  • Easy to extract study related data for KPI
  • Developing custom reports
  • No data dictionary provided by the vendor
  • Some functionality requires more than basic training time

Advarra is well suited for monitoring the progress of the clinical trials for a research organization. It's biggest advantage is the fact that the participants details and accrual monitoring shows the progress of the clinical trial. OnCore provides the capability of creating and using study calendars and especially monitoring and tracking participants visits. OnCore may be less appropriate to use in regards to grants and funds tracking.
