Overall Satisfaction with AdvocateHub

We use it in our Marketing department to help us manage customer reference activities and to engage with our top customers.
  • Fun, engaging platform
  • Lots of examples of how you can get in touch with your advocates, pre-loaded for you
  • We've seen a couple bugs, but the team always jumped right on them and fixed them quite quickly.
  • We don't know yet, but it has helped us find new customers who were willing to be references for us.
AdvocateHub seems particularly well suited for people looking to develop relationships. We have found it most useful when talking to people we don't regularly interact with. Also, it seems like it's most useful when you have a large group of people you want to work with.
