Overall Satisfaction with Adyen

We use it for our E-Commerce activities. It gives us a platform service where we can gather both Credit and Paypal payments. Adyen is a good choice for us as it is a global player so we use it in various countries around the globe.

Using Adyen

10 - They work in customer service and the Finance and Controlling department
4 - We need in customer service people who work with adyen as we sometimes need to do refunds. In our finance department they need to match our invoices with the payment pay outs.

  • We realized that they also use pay per link options. So if a customer has a bad credit we can handle prepayments
Adyen is a stable platform, easy to use and I think intuitive to use.
