Overall Satisfaction with Agility CMS

Agility tries to provide a solution that is based on structuring and converting content and delivering digital content. In theory, according to Agility, it would save design time and improve the user experience. My role was to evaluate CMS for a large consulting firm that specializes in providing different types of services to sectors such as Banking, Telco, Retail, and industry. The objective of the evaluation is to find the omnichannel experience with the minimal use of re-coding.
  • Flexibility platform.
  • Interface editing very easy.
  • Solid platform.
  • Limited functionality for rebuild layout pages.
  • Need better wysiwyg editor.
  • Large time to load and save.
  • Bugs in the app need to be corrected.
  • I can not answer it is really have a good ROI because the firm was not use many times.
  • The firm start to using in the 2023 in 2 projects and it is like a test for Agility.
  • I think that complex problems will help save time and money, but at this moment, I can not quantify it.
1.- Agility can use for not expert people 2.- Agility have more bugs than Adobe or Drupal 3.- Slower than Adobe for certain functions 4.- Drupal is a very code tool 5.- Drupal has more features and security than Agility 6.- Drupal have a better community in where solve problems.

WELL SUITED: 1.- Rebuild pages without using codes. 50 %2.- Need small support from IT team3.- Easy to customize in complex organizations4.- Training is relatively easy and can be imparted in a short time for the team that does not have much knowledge about CMS5.- the integration with other tools is friendly. LESS APPROPRIATE: 1.- Not easy to connect with many APPs developed internally 2.- Not for social media integration. Need another APP to make it 3.- Price is not cheap, in my opinion, 4.- Very limited search functions.
