Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This technology is utilised throughout the business, although the legal department is the primary user. We have not yet fully implemented this since we are presently fine-tuning it in response to input from our core users. The objective is for this system to be used to handle both internal and third-party contracts across all departments. Our current method is manual, which means that all drafting, reviews, approvals, and tracking for each agreement are done by hand, through Microsoft Office, or via email. We are expecting that Agiloft would shorten the turnaround time for each contract and provide us with an easier way to track contract start through expiry.

Thomson Reuters ProLaw

We utilised ProLaw before installing Agiloft. ProLaw serves as an electronic library for all contracts within the organisation. We were able to make this work, although it was restricted in terms of usefulness. When it comes to tracking and contract creation, Agiloft is significantly superior. Both systems keep track of the agreements, but Agiloft handles a lot of the legwork for us. It generates agreements with the press of a button, controls user rights, and sends automatic reminders without the need for configuration. These are all items that ProLaw lacked or possessed but needed manual input. I was not the one who chose Agiloft as our new system, but after using it, I can see why.

It is ideal for businesses who wish to tailor their CLM to their own requirements. Agiloft is extremely adaptable and can handle any situation. We were able to organise our contracts based on industry norms, making it extremely straightforward to find. Single sign-on has simplified user creation and allowed us to swiftly deploy to over 500 users. When compared to other vendors, there is no additional charge for end-users to view, which has saved us money.

Support Rating

Agiloft is highly suited for any business that does not presently have a dedicated contract management system or is wanting to upgrade to a newer, more competent one. Furthermore, anyone or corporation who works with a large number of contracts, agreements, legal papers, and so on would profit immensely from this system.

All of our hospital and physician contracts that we negotiate with health plans are managed by Agiloft. Our department, which is our health system's managed care department, is the major owner. Throughout the contract's workflow, we collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, and security. We may publish all of the contracts to our central business office after they have been signed and put into operation. They are part of the revenue cycle and must examine contracts on a regular basis. Especially if payment or lack thereof is in dispute.
