Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

Agorapulse is being used daily by our organization. We have a team of 4 that are all active users on the platform. We use it to moderate our social channels and keep tabs on KPIs for our accounts.
  • Makes moderating with a team seamless.
  • Reliably pulls through engagement from our social channels.
  • Very clean and simple UI.
  • Would love increased analysis on the tag functionality.

I've used some of the bigger platforms for social moderation (Hootsuite, Sprout, Social Studio) and none of them come close to delivering the value that you get from Agorapulse. The functionality that you get for the price is incredible and the Agorapulse support team has been extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way.
