I give Agorapulse this rating because this software has increased the effectiveness and efficiency of our day-to-day content marketing efforts. The scheduling feature allows us to post at times that have high engagement rates. The metrics have allowed us to measure our results. The listening tool allows us to engage with our customers and keep them happy.

Support Rating

The support our company receives from Agorapulse does not go unnoticed. There is always a support specialist ready to help us if we have questions or concerns. The feedback is very thorough and they make sure our problems are always solved before closing tickets. The response time is always the same day as well.

Likelihood to Recommend

Agorapulse is awesome when you are running a bunch of accounts at once. Everything is laid out nicely and easy to find. When we have 22 accounts this is crucial. It probably would not be as helpful if you only had one or two accounts but, for us, it is an incredible asset to our team.
