Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse
We use Agorapulse to consolidate and manage all social media interactions such as comments, likes, messages, and mentions. Our customer support lead manages everything from Agorapulse. It allows him to quickly review and respond to customers reaching out via Instagram and Facebook. Other social platforms are on Agorapulse but IG and FB are the main two we use.
- Consolidates all comments, mentions and messages in a clean manner.
- Makes it easy to hide or delete unwanted comments.
- Makes managing multiple accounts easy.
- We use a different platform for Email support. It would be great if an email ticket system could integrate with Agorapulse so that all customer service is under one hood.
- ROI is positive! The time saved on completing social media management tasks surpasses the monthly cost.
