Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

We use it to manage post and ad comments across social channels.
  • Displays everything in one place easily
  • Easy to toggle between channels
  • Makes it easy not to double reply etc
  • Find social planning / scheduling not that easy
  • Later still seems more intuitive for planning
  • Fairly expensive
They have pros and cons. It's generally better than Hootsuite but more expensive. We use Later too for social planning. Perhaps it'd be useful to better understand everything we can do in Agora.

I find it easy to for what I use it for but doing this survey makes me think there is a lot more we can use it for!
Feels more sales heavy than supported
We find it good for managing posts and community but not so easy for planning content.
