Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Agorapulse to review community comments & moderate questions about the ClickFunnels company & products. We moderate to filter for spam, negative comments & customer support concerns. We try to gauge the community member's experience levels and we direct them to other programs and educational opportunities we believe would help them along their entrepreneurial path. We engage, motivate and build relationships within the community to fulfill our company mission to help entrepreneurs and small business owners — grow their companies through sales funnels. We believe that helping businesses grow helps the world move forward, even if just a little bit, and Agorapulse helps us to accomplish that mission.

Pros and Cons

Filters for negative hate speech and spam keeps our comments feed moving forward positively
Saves us time in having to scan hundreds of ads manually so we don't miss questions from our community
Helping us to filter different types of traffic, paid and organic
Let's us moderate a large network of different Social Media channels into one central app

Dynamic FB ads inclusion would be helpful
A list of all the Ads that are being served by the system, so we could make sure we aren't missing any

Return on Investment

Improved the positive engagement with the community
Increased the cross-selling in FB Ads where the product advertised isn't exactly what was needed and enable us to guide them to a product more appropriate for their needs

I feel like Agorapulse has robust features and ease of use.

Whenever I've needed to ask a support question I received a response in less than an hour and they always follow up to see if you need any further help.

Likelihood to Recommend

Sometimes I need to be able to see an entire conversation instead of 1 person's comment, and Agorapulse helps with that by adding a button to go to the Social Media source to see it. Creating filters has really helped with preventing negative conversations from getting out of control. Being able to see one commenters entire history has helped to make decisions about content and responses.
