Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

Our organization uses post scheduling for social media as well as community management & reporting. We use the scheduling tool mostly for Instagram and LinkedIn posts, and the community management tools for all of our social media profiles (e.g. we automatize our responses to messages as well as use inbox assistants to filter certain phrases. We use Agorapulse broadly for our day-to-day social media management and gathering data.

We selected Agora due to better pricing for the core features we use so we don't feel that we are overpaying for tools we are not using much. Also, in comparison to Hootsuite, Agorapulse has better a community management tool, allowing labeling and easy automation which is key for us.

I gave this rating because although we are overall happy with Agorapulse, there is always space for improvement. We would like to see even more possibilities when it comes to community management - such as the option to delete/hide all the user comments when banning, e.g. in the case of trolls. It would also help to get notifications when there is a spike in engagement for a certain post. A/B testing is a must.
I gave this rating because we are very happy with the support and customer service provided by Agorapulse. We see constant updates to the interface as well us improvements to their tools. Whenever we encounter a problem, the Agorapulse team is always quick to respond and provide a soultion. We also receive regular updates via e-mail.
The scenario for which Agorapulse is well suited is for a small business that wants to easily manage their social media profiles since it's easy to integrate all relevant accounts as well as cooperate with your team members. A scenario where it's less suited is for large businesses with a lot of traffic and a lot of data to process, as well as a huge follower base to manage.
