Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
I use Airtable to organize social media planning and general project organization within my business. I mostly use it myself, but can also share the tables with people within my business and we can work on them together. Honestly, I have been shifting over some projects from Airtable to Notion - Notion has a similar setup with the tables, but I find it more intuitive and has more features.
- Organization.
- Colour coding.
- Ability to move items around/flexible.
- Some of the best features are paid only (I would prefer to have access to all features as a free user, but have a limit on number of tables or people instead).
- I can't say Airtable has had a positive impact on my business. Just neutral. It helped with being organized, but also is a time suck if you're not super familiar with it, as it can take more time to find what you need than anything else.
- Notion
Airtable is more focused on tables (of course haha) and has a few more options than Notion. I would say Airtable is best if tables is all you want to do, but Notion is better for various different options, along with Airtable-like tables.
