Overall Satisfaction with Algolia

We use Algolia on one of our websites where you can search for an institution to pay. It has fast searches and handles misspelled queries which were the main reasons we chose this product instead of creating something similar ourselves.

  • Adding new admins to a project.
  • The way the documentation is organized.
  • We have been able to review the search analytics from Algolia to make decisions on how to drive traffic more efficiently from the search page to purchase.
Algolia is best suited for e-commerce websites where you have a large number of products to display to your customers. It could also be useful for knowledge bases and site search.

It may be less suited for small amounts of data since a simple algorithm can work just as well.
