Overall Satisfaction with AlienVault USM
Our organization currently uses AlienVault Unified Security Management in order to comply with the requirements made by the PCI DSS council. AlienVault USM is very easy to use, while gaining amazing feed back. The support given by the AlienVault staff is outstanding and very speedy. Overall, I believe that organizations should use AlienVault for their different security needs as it is an all in one system with several benefits, and I would without a doubt recommend it to someone else.
- Ease of use. The system is has a very simple Graphic User Interface (GUI) which allows for easy navigation through the system.
- The systems feedback is outstanding, it provides feedback to gaps in your security, and detailed explanation as to why these gaps are dangerous and how you can go about fixing them.
- AlienVault's support is fascinating as they are always looking out for their customers. The staff checks up on their customers monthly to see if everything is working appropriately and if there is anything they can do to help.
- Throughout the limited experience I have with AlienVault over the past year, there is nothing that I have noticed which AlienVault Unified Security Management system can do to improve.
