At the time, I knew nothing about email warm up services. I simply chose Allegrow due to their lifetime price, features, and user friendly UI. From there, my experience grew more and more as I started to wholeheartedly enjoy the product.

Yes - The only bug I encountered was if I changed my email credentials post initial configuration inside Allegrow's dashboard, the UI wouldn't publish this error. This made me assume everything was acting normally until I found out my analytics were flat despite sending data. From there, I communicate the matter to the team, and they have in their roadmap to improve this hole in Q2 2022.
No matter how big or small my questions were, Allegrow would respond timely on average within 24 hours. They would provide thorough, very productive, microscopic responses to avoid multiple back and forths. This is what I like best because most companies write vaguely and assume you know what they're talking about. Allegrow is not like that. They genuinely care and spent a prodigious amount of time helping me to get to the bare bottom of why my spam rate was high despite low sending volume. They physically hold your hand and ensure you're always on the same page as them.
