Overall Satisfaction with Amazon Chime

We've used Amazon Chime for web conferencing; however, its low adoption rate alongside the fact that it was not user friendly makes it difficult to use. We used it in a few departments as we tested between this and Teams and found that it did not integrate well.

It is comparable; however, does not have the same features. Also, I don't like that the host can't invite you in or you can hide your screen sometimes. It's not very user friendly.

It is a pretty good web conferencing system with some limitations. Again, it is not highly adopted among several companies and I found that it did not have several features that the larger ones have.
