Overall Satisfaction with Amazon Pay
Amazon Pay is being used by our organization to collect payments on our website. It makes paying and processing easier because Amazon Pay is simple to use and has a lot of users and allows for one-click purchases.
- Gives out rewards.
- Opens payment to millions of other users.
- Makes collecting payments easier.
- This is not necessarily a room for improvement with Amazon, but it just makes another payment account where payment can be collected and just makes the process more complicated and can get distracting.
- Makes payment collecting easy.
- Can see records of all transactions and when they happen, etc.
- Opens us up to new users.
- Has helped us collect more payments and revenues so definitely a positive ROI.
- Has made selling and collecting more efficient.
- Allows us to keep accurate records.
- Google Pay (formerly Google Wallet) and PayPal Payments
PayPal Payments, Google Pay, there are all very similar but I think Amazon Pay makes it the easiest from the user perspective in terms of ease to purchase.
