Overall Satisfaction with Amplifinity

I was looking for ways to automate a referral system that my existing mailing list could easily use. As a keynote speaker and consultant, it seemed like it would be a much more efficient way to manage referrals than through direct emails which was getting to be too much to manage.
  • The dashboards are great, making it easy to track source activity
  • We like how we could see the referral tracking as well so we knew who to reach out to for further follow-up
  • I mostly see the reports as I'm not using the platform directly, but haven't heard any complaints thus far from the team
  • For me it's the dashboards and analytics
  • We haven't been using it for very long, so we can't report on this as of yet.
This is the first of its kind that we've tried so I can't say.

Referral leads to conversations is what we were focused on. We don't do direct sales on the site, we wanted to drive potential clients to book a call and it seemed to serve its purpose in that sense. I'd imagine that for any business that is doing direct sales and could add in rewards or a referral program to existing clients, that this would be a great platform to do so with.
