Overall Satisfaction with Anaplan
We create models that address processes such as forecast, territory and quota planning, and reimbursement calculations. The variety of implementations are then connected in a streamlined process where each model serves as a data source for the next one. For example, forecasted figures are then used as a starting point for the territory and quota planning. The benefit of using Anaplan is that we have one aligned approach across geographies and divisions. The data quality is improved compared to [the] old excel-based process.
- The system offers customization that can help companies have models specific to their needs.
- The system is scalable. It allows for [the] addition of new geographies, people without [the] need for new development.
- Results are visible in a short period of time. You can build a working demo model in a matter of hours.
- The new user interface should be improved, as it lacks some of the benefits the old interface had. For example, the amount of data that can be visualized.
- Automated e-mail notifications are currently lacking. The notifications that exist can only be triggered manually.
