Overall Satisfaction with Anaplan

Some of the study cases tackled with Anaplan are annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, or monthly leasing pipelines.
  • Firstly, starting from platform capability, flexibility, and transparency.
  • The Anaplan Community offers a wide range of resources, from formal training to peer insights and live events; it is a great way to stay on top of the game as a COE leader.
  • Anaplan Support is providing excellent service on time.
  • What I would like to see in the future is more focus on best practices and recommendations on processes efficacy. When implementing Anaplan, most of the time, it also comes as a change in the existing business processes.

Anaplan is great for scenario planning, budgeting processes, workforce planning, compensation management, supply chain to name a few. Anaplan is less suited when is only replicating the Excel process without improving and mapping the process. Also, it is recommended that the implementation partner has relevant experience in the specific industry (or processes). Anaplan should not replace data warehouse or use to store large quantities of data.

Overall, the experience working with Anaplan from the client perspective is a great experience. The support team is quick in answering and solving the issues we're facing (which are quite rare), also very open to feedback or jump in a call to offer their support
