Overall Satisfaction with Anaplan
We are using Anaplan for Territory & Quota Planning , Workforce Planning , ICM and Sales Performance management use cases. Additionally platform is also used for Financial Planning and Analysis use cases.
- Anaplan provides the flexibility to model any business use case.
- Platform has a very intuitive UX which allows great end user adoption.
- Configured model can very easily modified to accommodate changed business scenarios.
- Anaplan modelling has size restrictions which sometimes makes it very difficult to create reports by intersecting multiple dimensionality.
- Anaplan should provide better starter models for some of the most common use cases so that the implementation does not require creating everything from scratch.
- Anaplan should provide some built in algorithms to make the platform more relevant for Supply Chain Planning use cases.

- Anaplan enabled more than 2000 users to do territory & quota planning and was flexible enough to accommodate changing sales hierarchy without much background changes.
- Overall the application reduced the whole Annual quota planning cycle by 1 month.

Anaplan provides the capability to do enhanced scenario modelling almost realtime and has wide range of integration options available to integrate the application with a wide variety of third-party systems. Anaplan UX is very intuitive which drives greater end user adoption. Additionally Anaplan also provided embedded AI/ML capabilities which can be utilised for modelling a wide variety of use cases.
