Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk

We have been using AnyDesk for our tech support and sales presentations to our clients. It has been beneficial.
  • It runs fast.
  • Always connects at the first try
  • Would be good to have a chat to interact with.
  • That the chat transcript could be send by email to me.
  • Works with many computers at the same time.
  • Works with computers that are not in the same floor.
Because AnyDesk works excellently, and GoToAssist was slow sometimes, and AnyDesk was straightforward to implement.
Fast implementation, natural or no training need, and the users accept it.
