Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk
AnyDesk is helping us in accessing our colleague's system with remote access features it allows us to operate and control anything when I am even far from them. File transfer feature is also very helpful on daily basis. It saves our time and helps us sort things remotely without spending time in travel.
Pros
- Its small size of 3 mb is a plus point.
- It runs smoothly.
- Excellent user interface.
- Easy and straightforward functionality.
- File Transfer works great.
Cons
- It lacks in connectivity a little, like sometimes you gets disconnected from the host and you lose the access.
- When networks connection gets low, it starts lagging sometimes.
- Its Cost Efficient and reliable software.
- Easily Accessable and easy to understand.
- Light weighted Software which is available on all the devices like Android, iOS, Windows, etc
- It makes customer support easy and friendly.
I like AnyDesk over other software just because it's too easy to install, at just 3 mb size, AnyDesk runs very smoothly. Also it's very secured and has the upper hand over other software due to its simple UI.
