Overall Satisfaction with AnyMeeting
AnyMeeting is used throughout my organization to provide trainings and presentations to other colleagues. It is used across the organization for smaller meetings. We have scheduled meetings in advance and had people join via the web browser, desktop app, and the phone app. It makes it convenient for people to log in wherever is convenient for them.
- Video
- Group Conferencing
- Audio
- Limit of attenders
- Connecting by phone separately from video counts as a separate user
- Video quality is not high
- I love that there is a free version.
- The free version is limited to 4 attendees, and the presenter counts as 1.
- Occasionally email invite isn't received by recipients.
- Zoom
AnyMeeting's free version beats Zoom's free version because of the time limit Zoom imposes on free meetings. However, when going for a paid version, Zoom outperforms AnyMeeting's paid version. The video quality seems to be higher in Zoom. There is also more features available in Zoom as a whole, and I've never had someone not be able to join the Zoom meeting.
