Overall Satisfaction with ApexChat

ApexChat is being used by our organization under a white label agreement to be a chat service provider for our own clients. This allows our clients' websites to convert at a higher rate by providing a real human rep to answer quick questions for visitors.

  • Little control over how reps represent your company.

  • Added website functionality for our clients.
  • Provides us with an additional service offering to our clients.
  • Allows our websites to convert better for our clients.
  • Provides our business with additional revenue sources as we are able to charge for the leads the chat boxes generate.
ApexChat is good if you want to outsource your website chat. If you want to keep things in-house and have an employee manage it, we prefer SalesIQ.

ApexChat is a great tool if you want to outsource a website chat functionality. Reps generally do a good job of answering questions, though I've seen instances where they stick too closely to the script and basically ignore what the visitor is actually asking. You can work with Apex on fine-tuning the interactions, but there's never a guarantee that it'll always go the way you want it to.
