Overall Satisfaction with Apica Synthetic
We use it as product monitoring. We use it to simulate how customers use our products, with both web scenarios and more advanced API calls and some other scenarios. That way we know exactly where to look if something is not working. We also do this so we get the useful SLA information.

Apica Synthetic is perfect for monitoring our products that customers use since we create scenarios and API calls that reflect how the customer uses our products. However, for server monitoring and monitoring internal products, both Zabbix and Prometheus have the upper hand. Apica Synthetic simply can't compete with those products in those areas.
