Overall Satisfaction with AppRiver

We are currently using AppRiver across our organization for Office365 and Exchange. We especially appreciate the SPAM support and security AppRiver provides. Administration or both Office365 and Exchange has been straight forward and efficient. Product support has been responsive when needed.
  • Chat and telephone support are outstanding.
  • Simple and comprehensive website for administering Office365 and Exchange.
  • Email threat protection.
  • I realize it's not perfect, but in the 2 years we've used it, we've not had any issues with the AppRiver website or support.
  • As a small business, we greatly increased our cost email, but it was necessary for the email security features offered by AppRiver.
Whenever I have contacted AppRiver support via chat or phone, there was minimal wait time and responsive and courteous staff to answer questions and provide the support needed.
We have not evaluated any other products offered by AppRiver other than what we currently use. We have what we need.
Small businesses like ours where dedicated support staff is not viable.
