Overall Satisfaction with AppSheet

Being used as an insurance claims administration system.

Pros

  • Easy setup
  • Fast and simple user experience
  • Lots of documentation about how to develop your app

Cons

  • Continue to focus on making the app platform as stable and fast as possible
  • Continue to roll out new functionality
  • Continue to work on building documentation of help and make it easy to find (add lots of data tags to articles)
  • Still too new to quantify, but could be relatively big if the first test is successful.
AppSheet has a great price $0 for learning and developing. AppSheet seems to be well rated by industry review organizations. AppSheet was fairly easy to get started.
I haven't really used their customer support. My understanding is that there is not much support at the "Pro" paid level. Lots of help documentation that you can research yourself. Would be nice to have a person at AppSheet to help walk through some challenges, but likely costs more.
