AppSheet can be used for small business applications or data maintenance which could not be automated or systematized due to small data volume or not critical process to Enterprise. It can be implemented for Enterprises who like to prototype process or screen before big massive IT development

- Intuitive, easy design and deployment without in-depth database and IT knowledge
- Ubiquitous data or system access on time, place and device
- Filtering function on column (or data field)
- Multiple automatic sum for numeric fields
- Selection screen for report with massive data volume
- Lack of regular backup of source data
- Lack of local reference and demonstration on robust and stable operation
- Lack of local implementation partners and local partnerships

AppSheet provides more screen UX options and instant default setting once source is assigned than Airtable which more focus on database itself without deployment
