Provide clearly defined dashboards for Cloud spend
Provide detailed spend reports for executive levels
Fully Customizable dashboard based on customer need

Cloud recommendations provide three scenarios, This can be confusing to novice users
Easier movement between environments that a user has been given approval to see
Widgets can get tricky for novice and beginner users

Return on Investment

Provides a clear picture of what different business units are spending
Need to have the ability to take action from the portal
Reports don't always turn into departments taking action

Usability

Relatively easy to use if you have experience using this type of tool.

IBM Turbonomic

Cloudability has excellent reporting capabilities
Turbonomic has an excellent recommendation engine that allows you to take action from the portal and even set policy and automation of tasks

Great tool for providing detail monthly , quarterly and yearly cloud spend.
Also great that you can go year over year

I would like to see an ability to generate that includes year over year.

Cloud optimization recommendations seem more like suggestions and not whats always best for the application
