Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions
We use the software to track and manage the residents in a 17 bed facility. We use it for data tracking, to write case notes, shift notes, and run reports.
- It is user friendly. Easy to access all data and return to information, search etc.
- I love the case management portion to keep up with my case load.
- I love the ease at which I can access case notes and shifts notes to know what happened on previous shifts.
- I find that some of the reports that we try to run the numbers do not seem to be accurate.
- We find it difficult to adjust dates.
- It is positive for us to be able to easily keep up with or data such as case notes and shift notes.
We have had issues trying to figure this out.
It enable us to look up information to do grant reports.
