Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions
We (2 employees) use Apricot by Social Solutions for our nonprofit program, Project TCMS. We track each client referral through this software and find that it works very well for our needs.
- Allows you to develop your own forms to capture the information necessary for your specific needs.
- Creating and modifying reports is made easy with this software.
- Learning Library is extensive and often addresses what you are searching for.
- Communicating online via the software portal vs. email can sometimes be challenging to get your point or idea across.
- We feel this is a very good tool for our program. It's important to know your work flow process then developing the appropriate forms fall into place.
- Our customer service training representative was awesome and helped us get up and running promptly.
Our program is funded solely by private philanthropy so being able to adequately track referrals, appointments, donated care provided, etc. is crucial to our existence. Apricot meets these needs.
Our program began in April 2012 and we were using another product until January 2017. What we feel is most beneficial with this product is the ability to create our own reports and modify as the need arises. Previously we had to rely on someone else to do these things for us. Doing them on our own also helps you to learn the in's and the out's of the program better.
