We use Apricot as a funding management system. We also utilize the system for reporting.
- Good chat support service staff
- The ability to create your own forms.
- Reporting
- There are tiny glitches in the system that need to be fixed before new releases.
- Users should be able to make copies of Tier 1 and Tier 2 forms.
- Very economical system that is easy to use and learn. Allows use to be more efficient with our time.
We are really working on our data gathering at this point. The Apricot system has allowed us to create forms that allows to really optimize the data gathering. We have developed an easy Logic Model to include Outcomes, indicators and method of measurements.
We haven't used this yet to secure more funding.
