Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions
Our case management and housing programs use Apricot to record client/household level information as well as service deliverables. We use the information to generate reports to show program utilization to funders, the board, staff and donors.
- Easy to navigate
- Cloud-based system is more efficient than network-based
- Easy to make changes to screens
- The on-line tech support follows up quickly. They even follow up after a reply is made to make sure the problem has been resolved and/or fixed.
- More hands-on guidance with report building and form linking is needed. Can get complicated.
- There needs to be more flexibility with report building that integrates multiple tier forms easier.
- Certain common form functions such as locking particular forms (rather than specific records) aren't available.
- There should be a form and report template library that can be utilized so that we don't have to start from scratch.
- We're able to start relying less on paper files and more on the on-line system.
- It'll be easier to run basic reports once the database has been fully updated and integrated.

It helps us generate client demographic reports as well as service deliverable reports quicker for easier grant reporting and faster response time to turn in grant applications.
