Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions
My organization uses Apricot to track data, document registration forms, track attendance, submit reports for CYS and funding. Also, we use it to log and track our mentor program progression. Finally, we use it to schedule and keep track of furniture pick-ups and moves. It is used by our whole organization. It documents reports, organizes data, and shows yearly progression.

- It is hard for more than one staff member to be logged in at the same time. Someone always gets booted out.

- There are some issues if we have more than one employee change or create duplicate documentation.
It has helped our organization provide data to other organizations that we work with. Founders and donors often want reports of our progress, working with the kids, and apricot provides what we need. It shows how many kids attend our program and how many kids are continuing to progress through the year.
By providing the data reports created in Apricot, we are able to show founders the impact we have had on the youth in the community.
