Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions

We use Apricot Core across our whole organization. We are a non-profit working with immigrants and refugees. For our ESL classes, we track attendance, scores, childcare needs, and many other important metrics. Across all of our programs, we are able to easily keep track of client data and any issues or concerns we have with clients.

  • Unexpected price increases - Every year the price increases a different amount and we don't find out until a month before we are expected to pay.
  • Staff reorganization - We have had around 5 account managers since we joined Apricot 3 years ago.

  • We are able to track metrics that can then be gathered easily with reports and communciated to donors and potential donors.
  • Apricot has allowed our team to keep records on clients and more easily be on the same page with knowing client needs.
One way Apricot has helped our organization is by tracking the history of a client with our organization. Doing this, we are able to better serve our clients by knowing what they have done in the past with us and their progress over time with us.
We have been able to easily report on our metrics with Apricot and communicate our impact to donors. Our Development Director doesn't have to look in many different places and talk to many staff to get this info.
Apricot is useful for non-profits with many programs and clients. It's flexible to many types of non-profits and allows you to build it the way you want. It is fairly user friendly too.

Community Engagement

Apricot has helped us stay connected with each of our clients and up to date on where they are at with achieving their goals and progress through our programs. It has been critical for us in making follow-up calls and preventing our clients from falling through the crack.
Because Apricot is cloud-based we have been able to utilize all of it's capabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Each staff member has been able to access the information that they need while working remotely. Having these capabilities helped us to pivot and deliver some of our services virtually last year.
We track client attendance, test scores, home visits, and much more in Apricot. Using the reporting feature of Apricot we have been able to correlate our organization's impact to these key metrics and communicate that to our donors.
Apricot provides a lot of options in establishing workflows, reports, and other processes. Because each program is vastly different, this gives us the flexibility we need with gathering, analyzing, and reporting important data.
