The sweetness of Apricot

As a social services delivery agency Apricot has helped us tremendously in the areas of capturing data, tracking our clients, and being able to refer our clients to other agencies. We are able to pinpoint the communities that are soliciting our assistance the most so that we can tailor our programs to meet the needs of those communities. Running reports is not as complex as the systems we have used in the past. The software makes training new staff and volunteers easy because of how user-friendly the system is. This has been a great investment for our agency, making our data collection and reporting easier across the board.

We have been able to learn which programs work for the communities we serve and which don’t. Being able to follow-up with a former client to gage where they are since being in our program and track their goal progression gives us an idea of how effective our services are. In one of our programs, “Faith & Finances,” a financial counselor followed-up with one particular client was able to consolidate some bills saving her over $400 per month. She was able to remain in her home and is financially stable.

Using Apricot's easily accessible reports with graphs and charts has helped us tremendously when it comes to applying for grants and seeking funding. The numbers and data we have now can prove that we are actually doing the work and that we can be trusted with the funds that we are given and the funds we are seeking.
