Overall Satisfaction with Aprimo

We use Aprimo for enterprise digital asset management and medical-legal review. It serves - or will serve, when globally rolled out - as the single platform for approval and single source of truth for content.

  • Workflows can be complex
  • Taxonomy management can also be a challenge, depending on the data model

Aprimo is one of the most flexible DAM solutions on the market, and can be endlessly configured - though this also means that you need an internal team ready to drive and enable that configuration. It's the blessing and curse of Aprimo, but nearly any use case can be catered for with the right investment.

The support team is fantastic, really goes above and beyond.

Using Aprimo

Some of the workflows are complex - that's more a function of internal processes - but managing them and getting them to a place the users 'understand' can be challenging. The more usual DAM features and benefits are a much easier 'sell' from a change management perspective.
