Overall Satisfaction with Aprimo

It was a very smooth transition from our old process to Aprimo. It was a lot to learn, but the tool is easy to navigate.
We use Aprimo to submit work through the Marketing & Communications Services Dept (my dept). This work gets assigned to our copywriters/designers. It's an easy way to manage how much work we have in our area. We love the fact that several users can be reviewing the creative at one time and make their comments easily in the annotation viewer.
  • When there is an issue, Aprimo gets us back up and running in no time.
  • Everyone at Aprimo is friendly and easy to work with.
  • I'm happy with Aprimo.
  • Creative faster to market.
  • Easier to understand the creative changes needed using annotation viewer.
