Overall Satisfaction with Apttus

  • Allows users to store documents under a single record thus simplifying storing and allows document visibility.
  • Has a very efficient Contract forwarding mechanism allowing users to forward contracts for electronic signature.
  • Lacks advanced Search option and the search engine is pretty generic making it difficult to find a specific docuement if there are multiple records.
  • Apttus has allowed me to search and store contracts for sales compliance and administrative purposes.
It is a stable repository management tool but needs to upgrade its search engine to make it more efficient and user friendly.

There can be an advanced search option which allows me to find agreements based on Contract numbers, Company name and Agreement Type as well as by affiliates.
On an admin perpective, the tool needs a lot of work in search engines otherwise it is a great non redundant and simple repository tool.
