Overall Satisfaction with Arena
Arena is currently being used as a united document control platform for different divisions across the country.
Future plans include the incorporation of quality tracking.
- Being a cloud-based system, it allows access without any special setup.
- Automated email reminders for ECO approvals and projects tasks.
- Copying projects that are used repetitively would be greatly appreciated.
- Currently using a template but a template only gets you so far.
- We are now ISO certified.
- Doc control workload has decreased with automated email notification for ECO Approves and project tasks.

The need for a comprehensive PLM that could be managed and maintained across multiple divisions.
Our rollout of Arena was complex and took about 10 months. The consultant who represented Arena was very professional and made the complexity less complex. We presented many challenges which he met head-on. He was always available for questions. The few times since I have requested assistance from the help desk have been productive.
Can not recall the other systems we evaluated but I can tell you that Arena was the obvious and unanimous choice by our team.
