Overall Satisfaction with Treasure Data

We use Treasure Data across the entire organization, supporting marketing activations across multiple zones and countries around the globe. Treasure Data addressed the consumer data capture and activation and became a single source of truth for all consumers across the world. It also provides us support when dealing with new integrations for removing siloed consumer records in other platforms in different countries.

  • It allows us to quickly implement new integrations.
  • Our customer success manager in Treasure Data is very close to the team.
  • The interface for segmenting consumers is not very user friendly for marketers.
  • It don't have an analytics environment inside the platform.
  • We were able to remove all silos of consumer data across the company.
  • We found a way to store the consumer consents across the entire organization by using Treasure Data and replace a consent tool that was not suiting us well.
Treasure Data is well suited for multi-countries companies, it provides an easy way to manage permissions, accesses, and tracking of requests and API calls. It also has a lot of out-of-the-box connectors supporting integration with multiple platforms. The Support team is very responsible and fast. The customer success manager is really close to the Development team.
