Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I utilize it to design eLearning modules for nursing education.

Pros

  • Great at creating interactive experiences
  • Rise 360 allows a quick turnaround for more simpler modules
  • The new AI assistant has improved and streamlined my work

Cons

  • Merging the best features of Rise and Storyline
  • Design features like an unlimited number of custom styles, wrapping text, etc.
  • More customization of menus in Storyline. Auto-numbering is a challenge
  • Reduced training costs
  • Increased engagement
  • Sped up creation of content
I have used all except Reach. I work for a large organization that already has an LMS established.
I have only used the trial, but it certainly made my process faster with the built-in features like spelling and grammar, summarizing, etc.
It is the best software I have used but there is always room for improvement. There are times where Storyline is buggy.
