Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use it to create elearning videos and demonstrations for an audience of 9000 employees plus our customer base. Articulate 360 also helps us create software simulations so learners can become familiar with our suite of products.

Pros

  • Point and click demonstrations
  • Use case simulations
  • Recorded videos

Cons

  • While the AI audio is a great feature, there is still room to improve. More voice options, less robotic.
  • We are able to quickly produce elearning based on existing ILT courses.
Rise is great for both advanced IDs as well as those just getting their feet wet in the industry. Review makes it so easy to share a preview and allow folks to provide comments as necessary. AI Assistant helps us add an audio track without using a third party system.
The audio is casual and realistic. It helps us meet our accessibility standards.
I think it is quite user friendly even for a beginner who may not be especially tech savvy.
So much more user friendly! And a suite of options.
